Joining Euro Invoice takes less than 5 minutes and you can do it in 3 easy steps:
In order to create you Company account, click on Registre NEW Company.
You have to fill in the registation form. The email address that you provide will be your login too. You need to provide: Your Company full name, National Registration Number of your Company, The country that your Company is registered in.
Once your Company is enrolled in Euro Invoice you will be redirected to the login page.
Use your email and password to login.
In order to finalize the full setup you need to provide some operational information about your Company:
V.A.T number, contact mobile number, contact email address, Company
official address, Company bank account, Select invoice serial number format..
This information is used on the invoice and is mandatory.
You need to create at least one Product/Service. Then create your 1st
Client and your 1st Contract.
Congratulations !!! You are ready now to create your 1st invoice!
You can manage the invoice lifecycle in Payments section. The invoice status may be: New, Overdue, Partially payed, and Payed. The financial situation is immediately available on Dashboard. Here you can monitor the invoice status, the payments for the current year, and multiannual payments since the beggining of the registation in Euro Invoice.

Accoding to Wikipedia: "The European Payments Council Quick Response Code guidelines define the
content of a QR code that can be used to initiate SEPA credit transfer (SCT). It contains all the
necessary information in clear text. These QR code guidelines are used on many invoices and payment
requests in the countries that support it (Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, The Netherlands)
enabling tens of millions to pay without requiring manual input leading to lower error rates.".
Short answer: it is a QR code that allows to make quick eInvoice SEPA payments in certain EU
countries. You can pay the invoice using the camera of your smart phone and a specific SEPA payment
application.
